  • Saturday 5:30 to 15hrs

  • Aerobics are on Monday and Wednesday at 18 - 19hrs
  • Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 18-19hrs
  • Boot Camp Friday 19:00Hrs
  • Free trainer for a week
  • Free access to the pool after a workout out Monday to Friday.
